The Climate Action Tracker is an independent scientific analysis that tracks government climate action and measures it against the Paris Agreement aim of limiting warming. It is a collaboration of two organisations — Climate Analytics and NewClimate Institute — and has been providing independent analysis to policymakers since 2009. It is NOT a wing of IPCC, nor a committee under UNFCCC, nor an agency of UNEP/World Bank.
