Barindra Kumar Ghosh was associated with the Anushilan Samiti in Bengal (revolutionary group). Jogesh Chandra Chatterjee was a founder of the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA). Rash Behari Bose was one of the most prominent leaders actively associated with the Ghadar movement. He was one of the masterminds behind the Delhi conspiracy case, participated in the Ghadar movement, and established the Indian Independence League while in Japan.
