Digambar Paluskar (18 August 1872 – 21 August was a Hindustani musician. He sang the original of the bhajan Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram. He also credited with arranging India's national song, Mātaram, as it is heard today. The first Mahavidyalaya was established by him on May 1901 at Lahore.
