All three — bacteria, fungi, and flowering plants — can be used as biopesticides. Bacillus thuringiensis (bacteria) is the most well-known biopesticide. Fungal biopesticides have also been developed (e.g., by the Department of Biotechnology of Gitam University). Certain flowering plants also have pesticidal properties. Hence all three are correct.
